In game two of the two game set down in Rome it was once again Angel Service Nettuno2 that got the best of Parma, this time by the final of 3 to 1 with Milvio Andreozzi on the bump. Andreozzi (win) allowed just a single hit and three walks through six innings of work on the bump before handing the ball off to Cozzolino (save) for the final three. Nettuno2 got on the board first in the 4th off of the southpaw, Rivera after Mercuri led off the frame with a free pass, which was then eventually followed by two singles that led to the 2-0 advantage on the scoreboard. In the top of the 7th, Parma pulled to within just a single run off of Cozzolino on an RBI single to center off the bat of Fossa, but in the bottom of that very same frame Nettuno2 would scrap together another one to take back the 2 run advantage heading into the final two innings of the game (3-1). The win by Nettuno2 was their second in a row, while as for Parma… it was their 8th straight loss.
