Athletes well-represented by Daniela Castellani and Filippo Comelli at CON6

Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) executive committee members Daniela Castellani and Filippo Comelli will represent an assemblage of notable athletes who will be joined by managers, coaches, umpires, scorers, and medical professionals at the CON6 Italian Baseball and Softball Convention at Palacongressi di Rimini from January 24-26, 2020

Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) executive committee members Daniela Castellani and Filippo Comelli will represent an assemblage of notable athletes who will be joined by managers, coaches, umpires, scorers, and medical professionals at the CON6 Italian Baseball and Softball Convention at Palacongressi di Rimini from January 24-26, 2020. 

Daniela Castellani represented Team Italy in the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics as a member of the Azzurre softball squad. Since being elected in 2016, she has been serving as the European Softball Federation Vice President. Filippo Comelli played two seasons in the Italian Baseball League in Collecchio (1999) and Codogno (2002) before becoming a proponent for athletes in Italy.

Many international softball and baseball ambassadors including Team Italy manager Mike Piazza and Team Italy patriarch Alessandro Maestri will be attending CON6 2020 in Rimini.
