Azzurri manager Gibo Gerali calls for Italy's best to battle Parma Clima on May 23

Team Italy manager Gilberto "Gibo" Gerali has invited some of the finest players in Serie A1 and graduates from the Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) Academy to join him for a mini-camp and an exhibition game against Parma Clima at Parma's Stadio "Nino Cavalli" on May 23, 2018

Team Italy manager Gilberto "Gibo" Gerali has invited some of the finest players in Serie A1 and graduates from the Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) Academy to join him for a mini-camp and an exhibition game against Parma Clima at Parma's Stadio "Nino Cavalli" on May 23, 2018. Il manager azzurro Gilberto Gerali (K73 Oldman) The Azzurri skipper also plans on taking prospective Team Italy players to Padova for a game against Tommasin Padova on June 12 and to Rimini for a match against ASD Rimini Baseball on July 3. In addition, a fourth exhibition game against another Serie A1 squad in August (TBA) will serve as a final Team Italy tune-up prior to the Super 6 Baseball and Softball Tournament, which takes place from September 18-23 in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. Azzurri coaches Marco Nanni, Augusto Medina, Rolando Cretis, and Claudio Vecchi will join manager Gibo Gerali in Parma. Prospective Team Italy players will also have the opportunity to work with trainer Massimo Baldi as well as strength and conditioning coach Giovanni Natale during the mini-camp.
