The Italian Softball League (ISL) first week end was highlighted by the re match of the 2015 Italian Softball Series. Specchiasol Bussolengo and Forlì split their double header.
Another split came out of the match up between Labadini Collecchio and Sestese. Collecchio's starter Kylee Studioso threw a perfect game, outmatching Sestese's Monica Perry.
Rhea Vendors Caronno swept Saronno and Nuoro won 2 against Old Parma. The Bologna Blue Girls swept Thunders Castellana and look like they may challenge some of the favorites for a spot in the post season.
