CON6 2021 promises to be stronger than ever on the virtual stage with the addition of softball queens Susie Parra and Debra Hartwig. American collegiate softball legend Susie Parra and innovator Debra "Deb" Hartwig have joined forces to help in the growth and development of the sport in the Los Angeles area. Susie Parra spent a good amount of time in Italy as a player for Robuschi Parma in 1997 and later as a coach and instructor. She was also one of the keynote speakers at the Italian coaches convention in Riccione three years ago.

Susie Parra was one of the stars on Team USA, USA Fastpitch Softball, and the University of Arizona--where she lead the team to three NCAA national titles (1991, 1993, and 1994) with a College World Series pitching record of 9-1 with eight shutouts and a collegiate career total of 101 wins with 874 strikeouts. The three-time All American and 1994 NCAA player of the year won a gold medal with Team USA at the 1994 World Cup. After graduation, Susie Parra served as assistant coach at the University of Arizona in 1995 before becoming an assistant coach at California State University Fullerton for seven seasons. She is currently the pitching instructor at in Los Angeles and participates as a speaker at numerous camps and clinics internationally. Susie Parra was expected to join the coaching staff of the , an expansion team in , but their inaugural season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Debra "Deb" Hartwig is the founder and owner of , an instructional and training facility in Los Angeles launched in 2000 after serving as an assistant coach at San Diego State University. With the help of Susie Parra and other softball celebrities, aims to bring together the best professional softball instructors made up of former players, coaches, and members of the national team in an collaborative effort foster to the needs of area youth so that they may develop into the game's elite. With a motto of “For the Players, From the Players," is one of California's finest facilities catering to the growing popularity of the sport. Forza #Italia!
