FIBS President Andrea Marcon will lead baseball and softball revolution in Italy through 2024

At the Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) XXXVI Elective Assembly in Firenze on November 7, 2020, FIBS President Andrea Marcon was re-elected to serve his second term through 2024

At the Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) XXXVI Elective Assembly in Firenze on November 7, 2020, FIBS President Andrea Marcon was re-elected to serve his second term through 2024. He received 58.51% of the votes, while challenger Massimo De Luca received 41.49% of the votes.

The FIBS XXXVI Elective Assembly also elected federal councilors Roberta Soldi (9.53%), Barbara Zuelli (8.81%), Marco Mannucci (8.32%), Aldo Peronaci (7.1%), Barbara Menoni (6.6%), Luigi Cerchio (6.23%) and Gigi Mignola (5.87%). Alessandro Maestri (31.52%) and Daniela Castellani (20.65%) were elected athletes' representatives, while Alessandro Cappuccini (51.9%) was elected the technicians' representative. In addition, Alberto Rigotto was elected President of the Board of Auditors with 36.4% of the votes. Forza #Italia!
