Bologna club announced the news that it will be Daniele Frignani who will be leading Fortitudo Bologna as the club’s new manager in 2015.
Frignani, filled the role of Fortitudo’s hitting coach last year, and has a long playing career of which includes 700 games played from 1994 to 2009, including 3 Italian Baseball League Championship (2003, 2005, 2009).
Frignani will be taking the place of Nanni, who in his 10 years at the helm of Fortitudo Bologna led his club to two IBL championship (2009 and 2014), 3 European Championship (2010, 2012, 2013) and 4 Italian Cup Championship (2008, 2010, 2012, 2015).
