After the successful launch of the Italian American Baseball Foundation (IABF) Facebook Livestream with 2019 IABF Achievement Award winner , IABF Spaghetti and Baseballs co-hosts Chris Colabello and IABF Executive Board Director Natalie Spedaliere did not disappoint last week with Chicago Cubs coaches as their special guests. The IABF completes the trifecta this Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 8 pm (EDT) when Spaghetti & Baseballs welcome former Team Italy pitching coach and New York Mets pitching legend John Franco along with his son, J.J. Franco, for a special Father's Day Edition Facebook Livestream.

MLB ambassador John Franco, 2018 IABF Guest of Honor, and former Italian Baseball League veteran/IABF Executive Board Secretary Mark Cardillo joined forces to work with Team Italy U15 manager Roberto De Franceschi on two clinics in 2018 to help the young and talented baseball squad at the Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) Academy in Rome and Steno Borghese Stadium in Nettuno. John Franco continues to be a strong supporter of the IABF's mission to develop players both in Italy and America.
