Italian Softball to present the Donna Lopiano award

After the Italian Baseball and Softball Federation announced the Giulio Glorioso award in 2013 (Baseball’s Italian Pitcher of the year), they have now announced that they have named the Softball Italian Pitcher of the year award after the famed Donna Lopiano. This award will be presented for the first time at the 2015 Gala dei Diamanti on December the 6^th in Rome.
