Rome, Italy to host the 2026 Baseball5 World Cup

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) has assigned the organization of the next Baseball5 tournaments to Mexico and Italy just a few days before the start of the second edition of the Baseball5 World Cup, which takes place from October 7-12, 2024 in Hong Kong. 

Host of the first edition of the Baseball5 World Cup, Mexico will now welcome the 2025 Youth Baseball5 World Cup, which will also serve as a qualifying event for the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games.

Italy and its capital, Rome, will host the third edition of the Baseball5 World Cup in 2026.
