Having just completed seven days of intensive training last week in Pescara, the Team Italy women’s softball squad reconvenes for more hard work on the artificial turf diamond of Pescara in Abruzzo from February 18-21, 2021. Team Italy manager Enrico Obletter will be assisted by coaches Federico Pizzolini, Giovanna Palermi, and Julio La Rosa Zequeira. Reinforcement will be provided by physiotherapists Elio Paolini and Ulisse Hernandez as well as team physican Gaetano Schiavottiello and delegation manager Claudia Venturini.
The 22 selected players are expected to report on February 18, 2021 at 2 pm at the Hotel Villa Michelangelo in Città Sant'Angelo (Pescara) for a health screening as required in light of the pandemic before taking the field.
