The starting lineup for the 2015 Italian Baseball League’s All Star team has officially been chosen by fans across Italy. The All Star Game will take place on the 10th of July in Bologna in a game that will feature the IBL All Stars vs. The Italian National Team. The starting shortstop for the IBL All Stars will be Freddy Noguera (Parma), at second it will be Luca Martone (Padova) at first it was Osman Marval (Nettuno2) that lead the way in the voting, and rounding out the infield at third it will be Bologna’s man, Cesar Suarez. Behind the dish it was Danilo Sanchez (Godo) that will be getting the start, while in the outfield it will be Alex Romero (Rimini), Claudio Liverziani (Bologna) and Lino Zappone (Nettuno2). Picking up the most votes for the DH role was Giacomo Meriggi (Godo). The rest of the lineup will be filled in by the All Star’s manager, Marco Nanni.
