Three-time Euro champion Team Italy roster solidified for U12 Baseball World Cup in Taiwan

After successfully defending the U12 European Championship title, Team Italy manager Stefano Burato has his young and talented players focused on the upcoming WBSC Baseball World Cup in Tainan, Taiwan from July 26-August 4, 2019

Team Italy U12 Baseball After successfully defending the U12 European Championship title, Team Italy manager Stefano Burato has his young and talented players focused on the upcoming WBSC Baseball World Cup in Tainan, Taiwan from July 26-August 4, 2019. In preparation for the U12 World Championship, the Azzurrini will play in an international tournament featuring the Italian U13 team as well as the Czech Republic’s U12 and U13 squads from July 15-18 in Buttrio (Udine). Following the pre-World Cup competition, the U12 team will meet in Rome at the Giulio Onesti Olympic Training Center in Acquacetosa on July 22 for intensive training prior to departing the following day to Taiwan.

Italian skipper Stefano Burato will be accompanied by coaches Simona Conti, Marco Bortolotti, Ivano Licciardi, pitching coach Alessandro Rosa Colombo, physiotherapist Cristina Minneci, team physician Simone Polloni, delegation team manager Aldo Peronaci, and FIBS media representative Kevin Senatore.
