Padova 14-10, San Marino 14-10

To get things going, tomorrow evening in Padova it will be the home Tommasin Padova squad welcoming in T&A San Marino for game one of their two game home-away series. The game will get underway at 8:30 pm and will most likely feature the likes of Quevedo for Padova vs. the southpaw Rodriguez for San Marino. When the series shifts to San Marino on Saturday evening (8:30 game time) it will be Pizziconi for T&A and Crepaldi for Padova. Both these clubs can taste a postseason birth, with San Marino magic number sitting at 2 games while Padova’s is at 3 with 4 games to go… any combination of wins and losses between these two clubs and Nettuno will all factor into the equation.

Rimini 15-9, Parma 6-18

Down in Rome it will be a derby between Nettuno vs. Nettuno2, with a lot more on the line for Nettuno, as they are still dreaming of the playoffs. Going for Nettuno on Friday evening will be the righty, Paul Estrada, while on Nettuno2’s side of the diamond it will be the Cuban lefty, Gonzalez. On Saturday evening look for Andreozzi to be on the bump at the start of the game for Nettuno2, while Ularetti should get the start for Nettuno. Both Friday’s and Saturday’s games will get underway at 8:30 pm. All those who follow Nettuno will without a doubt have their fingers crossed every time an update of the other fields comes across the PA.

Nettuno 12-12, Nettuno2 8-16

In Rimini on Friday evening it will be the Pirates who will be welcoming in Parma for game one of a home-away two game set. Rimini needs just a single game to clinch a postseason spot, but they are not to overlook a young Parma club that almost took two games away from Padova just a week ago. Going for Rimini on Friday evening will be Candelario, while it should be Jimenez for Parma. On Saturday evening in Parma look for Yomel Rivera to get the call for the home team, while on Rimini’s side of the ball it should once again be Richetti. On a side note, Rimini will have to do without two of their regulars… Mazzanti and Bertagnon, who are both out with muscle pulls. Both Friday’s and Saturday’s games will get underway at 8:30 pm.

Godo 8-16, Bologna 19-5

Finally, in Godo on Friday evening it will be the home Knights welcoming in the already playoff bound UnipolSai Bologna. Going for Godo on Friday night will be Uviedo backed up by Ribeiro out of the pen. On Bologna’s side on the ball it will be Fleming along with the fortified pen of Marinez and Rivero. On Saturday when this two game set shifts up to Bologna it will be the lefty Panerati getting the nod in place of De Santis who will be sidelined due to an elbow issue. On Godo’s side of the ball look for Galeotti to get the call. Both Sanchez (Godo) and Rodriguez (Bologna) will be serving a one game suspension in game one, while Bologna’s manager, Nanni, will be out for the entire series, as he’ll be beginning a 3 game suspension.
