Luca Martignoni will no longer be the capitan of T&A as he officially announces his retirement after 23 productive season on the bump between Santarcangelo, Rimini and San Marino

Luca Martignoni will no longer be the capitan of T&A as he officially announces his retirement after 23 productive season on the bump between Santarcangelo, Rimini and San Marino. This southpaw closes off his long career with 229 games played, 1032 innings pitched, 51 wins, 69 losses, 10 saves and a lifetime ERA of 4.49. Throughout his long career Martignoni has won 4 IBL titles (2008, 2011, 2012, 2013), 3 European Champions Cups title (2006, 2011, 2014) and 2 Italian Cup trophies (2006, 2009). In 2015 look him to still have a presence with his longtime club in a coaching role beside T&A’s manager, Bindi.
