Hoofdorp, Holland will be hosting this year’s MLB Elite Camp, where more then 80 young prospects from 18 different nations will be hitting the field over the next couple of weeks under the guidance of ex MLB Stars.
MLB Staff: Barry Larkin, Steve Finley, Greg Swindell, Dave Bush, Garth Lorg, John McLaren. From the 10th of August a selection of the Jr. Italian National team and a selection of the Jr. Holland National team will be locked up in a series of scrimmage games with other clubs made up of diverse nationalities out of Moldova, Lituania, Switzerland, Croatia, Germany, Belarus, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Cina, France, Siberia, Slovenia, Denmark, New Zealand and Spain (42 athletes in all).
The Italian Roster will be led by the staff of Bill Holmberg, Mario Mascitelli, Gianluca Marenghi, Daniele Santolupo, Gianguido Poma, Gianmario Costa and Alberto Furlani.
