WBSC Women’s Softball World Cup Finals media credential window opens

Media representatives can now request access to the WBSC Women’s Softball World Cup Finals in Castions di Strada (Udine) from July 15-20, 2024 via the World Baseball Softball Confederation website platform

The WBSC Women’s Softball World Cup Finals media credential window is now open and available to access at https://my.wbsc.org. All media representatives, local and international, including those who have previously been accredited for other WBSC events, must register on the WBSC platform.

After typing https://my.wbsc.org, you will find PRESS ACCREDITATIONS at the top right. After clicking, you will have to choose the tournament (XVII Women's Softball World Cup - Finals). The electronic form must be completed in full. A passport photo must also be uploaded. After completing the procedure, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

The WBSC invites those who request accreditation, but do not intend to go to Castions di Strada, to email media@wbsc.org .

When the WBSC begins the approval phase, you may receive an automatic email indicating the "status change" of your accreditation. This can mean either that the request has been approved or rejected.

However, you can check whether the accreditation has been approved by typing SEARCH FOR YOUR ACCREDITATION on this page: https://my.wbsc.org/mediareq/index .

The search must be done by indicating FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS as you indicated them in the registration form.

All those with approved accreditation will receive official information before and during the event, including details on the presentation press conference, via email.
