Team Italy U14 baseball try outs in Rovigo and Riccione attract nearly 100 players

Under the supervision of Azzurri U14 manager Davide Sartini along with coaches Luca Costa, Raffaele Gentili, Mario Benetti, Lucio Taschin, and athletic trainer Daniele Santolupo, baseball try outs in Rovigo and Riccione are attracting some of the best youth players in Italy

Under the supervision of Azzurri U14 manager Davide Sartini along with coaches Luca Costa, Raffaele Gentili, Mario Benetti, Lucio Taschin, and athletic trainer Daniele Santolupo, baseball try outs in Rovigo and Riccione are attracting some of the best youth players in Italy. Lo staff della Selezione Nazionale U14With the incentive to qualify to play on next year’s U15 squad and possibly be chosen to be invited to the MLB Elite Cadet Camp this summer in Ronchi dei Legionari, over 90 players are participating and being assessed for their athletic ability through a series of tests, drills and games. Athletes born in 2004, 2005 and 2006 are the focus group for the MLB Elite Cadet Camp. U14 players selected from the two try outs will battle against Team Italy manager U12 Stefano Buratos squad in Buttrio, Italy prior to the Azzurrini’s departure for the U12 World Cup in Taiwan.
